The Sheriff’s GRAMA form uses a different records-request destination: Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office, P.O. Box 985, Duchesne, UT 84021. The county records officer is available at 435-738-1529 and jcarroll@duchesne.utah.gov. Sheriff business hours are published as Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Call before visiting.
The Sheriff Records page separately lists Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for an adjacent personal-record service. Do not assume those are GRAMA counter hours or that the listed personal-record fee applies to a release request. Use the online Sheriff NextRequest portal and request a current estimate.
- For one released person or a written release record, use the home search and records path.
- For parole or felony probation, use UDC Adult Probation and Parole and the Utah Board at 801-261-6464.
- For a recent local release, call the jail or submit a narrow daily-log GRAMA request because Duchesne publishes no live release list.

- For a court order, contact the Duchesne County Justice Court at 435-738-0109 or the Eighth District contact at 435-264-4700, based on the case.
